These terms govern the use of the sevarta.com website and the author space. Publishing services are covered by a separate contract, signed before any work begins.

An application or call request commits neither the author nor SEVARTA. It allows us to arrange a conversation and, where appropriate, prepare a written proposal.

Access to the author space is personal. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and must tell us promptly of any unauthorised use.

You agree to upload only content for which you hold the rights or the necessary permissions.

You keep all rights to the material you entrust to us and to your book. SEVARTA uses your content solely to produce and publish your book, under the terms of the contract.

The website, its design and the SEVARTA brand are protected. Reproducing them without permission is prohibited.

We take care that published information is accurate and that the website is available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. External bookstores and platforms are subject to their own terms.
