New believers are hungry for solid teaching — who will feed them?

The publishing world is watching a shift. The religious-book market is now driven by “the fundamentals of the Christian faith” and by this moment when people are returning to the Church “with a need for theological, spiritual, and exegetical nourishment.” A wave of young converts is looking to be formed.

But analysts note something else: the market is tilting toward “author-influencers.” In other words, it isn't always those with the greatest depth who are forming this generation. So who is?

And the things you have heard me say… entrust to reliable people who will also be qualified to teach others. — 2 Timothy 2:2

You have the depth. What's missing is the form.

You've spent years studying, teaching, correcting imbalances, walking with disciples. That is exactly the solid food these new believers need so they aren't swept along by every wind of doctrine. But that richness often stays confined to your local congregation.

A book is the most durable discipleship tool there is. It teaches without exhausting you, passes from hand to hand, structures a line of thought, and stays available long after the encounter. It's the widest and most faithful way to make disciples at a distance.

Your raw material — What is the teaching you return to again and again because new believers need it? That lesson you repeat year after year is probably already the outline of your first book.
